Our BSL Level 1 course is designed to help you learn to communicate with Deaf people using British Sign Language on a range of topics that involve simple, everyday language.

You will gain basic skills and confidence in signing and understanding the signing of others.

The course content covers the Signature BSL Level 1 curriculum which includes elements of BSL linguistics in an easy-to-understand format.  

You also participate in weekly live tutorials to help you practise the BSL skills you learn as you go through the course.

The course content is available 24/7 so you can access the course anytime, anywhere and go through the content at your own pace.

At the end of this course, you will complete three assessments to achieve the full BSL level 1 qualification.
